Strict on Teaching Management to Ensure High-quality Teaching


In order to continue to strengthen the supervision and management of foreign teachers' teaching, Beijing Broaden & Top-trans Communication Center (BTC) has started the new semester by focusing on the quality of classroom teaching and providing high-quality foreign teachers for the program partner schools. Today is September 4, 2020, the last day of the first teaching observing week. BTC inspected Beijing Dayu High School, Beijing No.2 Experimental Primary School Yongding Branch and Mentougou Jingshi Experimental Primary School.


The three teachers of Beijing Dayu High School are in good spirit in the new semester, and they have good control of the class. They take most of the class period to allow students to speak and practice oral English. The introduction and game sessions they designed respectively aroused students’ interests. The classroom atmosphere is relatively relaxed, even the lower grade students in the 7 grade are willing to participate and talk in English. The teacher cleverly infiltrate grammar in the oral drilling , combined lectures with practice, and strengthen the language points taught by the Chinese teachers with the oral training mode.

The two foreign teachers of Beijing No.2 Experimental Primary School Yongding Branch have rich teaching experience and ingenious class design. They can make timely adjustments to the teaching of students at different levels, which is highly recognized by the school. The newly arrived teacher Melissa attaches great importance in teaching. She has spent a lot of time preparing lessons and produced beautiful PPTs, which has been affirmed and appreciated by the school teachers. Under the guidance and training of their teachers, the students can quickly adapt to their teaching rhythm, and actively answer teachers’ questions and participate in small class competition. Winning the competition makes them feel much fulfilled.

In class 3 grade 5 of Mentougou Jingshi Experimental Primary School, the atmosphere of the entire class was relaxed. While observing the classroom rules, students were actively interactingwith foreign teachers.


At the beginning, teacher Wilson greeted students who hadn't seen each other for a long time because of the epidemic.


Then, teacher Wilson adopted the teaching method of group competition, which not only gave the children a sense of competition, but also gave each child a chance to speak.


In the end, teacher Wilson led the students to return to the textbook and instructed the children to practice and consolidate the key language points they have learned.

Teachers and students in the classroom were interacting with each other with high enthusiasm. They were immersed in it and completely forget the guests in the classroom. The students were all engaged and learning was easy and happy.
